When we compared Abbie with her age group, we discovered that she's ahead of her age group by 3 months! She's very smart.

corn on the cob
We usually slice the corn so that Abbie can pick it up one at a time but she wanted to eat like us. She has started to watch and copy what we do. (oh no!) She is an observer. She has become very independent and wants to do everything herself. It has become a challenge... She tries our patience everyday. It's been frustrating for all of us to communicate with Abbie. We don't know what she wants and she doesn't know how to quite communicate so she gets very frustrated, but we are trying to understand what she is trying to tell us so we can make it all better and save our headaches.
When we compared Abbie with her age group, we discovered that she's ahead of her age group by 3 months! She's very smart.

I love when they finally start making sense! You just have to watch what you say, because even some of the most innocent things we say all the time sounds bad coming from our kids mouths(as much as it is funny)!
