I've been doing yoga for about a year now. I wish I had started doing yoga when I was in my teens. I feel so relaxed and refreshed each time I do yoga. and my muscles are toning! It is exciting :) It is one of my favorite thing to do now. I try to do yoga and pilates every other day (now switched to pregnancy yoga, which is great too). Now I have a workout body. Abbie. She loves to workout with me. I hope that I can teach her to be active and love (and nurture) to take care of her body.
I caught Abbie doing yoga by herself one day. lol. she's so funny.
