Abbie turned 18 months old on the 7th, which we are very excited. She is finally in the nursery, although she wants her daddy there most of the time. We cannot believe how much she's grown. Since she is done with her shots until she turns two, we won't know her height and weight but it seems like she is right on track. She has been wearing her 18 months old clothes for quite sometime. She's still tall and skinny.
Abbie is definitely a talker. She talks so much even though it doesn't make sense at all, which is fun to watch her try and tell us and explain something. She also loves to talk on the phone. She loves to sit and read her books. She won't let us finish the book, but instead she makes up her own story by saying it aloud and flips through pages by herself. She loves her baby and new toys she got for Christmas, but she rather play outside. She loves when daddy comes home from work, so he can throw and flip her on our bed. She learned how to say "amen." She folds her arms and ask us to say a prayer before meals and says amen when we are done. (Well she doesn't lost long folding her arms but she is getting better at it.) She knows who Jesus is. She loves to look at his pictures and say his name. She is learning very fast and growing up too fast. It's amazing what little kids can do. She is fun, loving, and smart. We love her very much.
