Abbie turned 2 years old on Tuesday. I can't believe how fast time flies. We got her a baby doll, stroller, and a crib. She was so excited when she opened her presents. (We haven't had a chance to buy a new camera yet so Mike took it with his phone. We will have to update the pictures later.) She also had a great time blowing the candles and sing a happy birthday song. She's been singing "happy to you" all week. It's very cute. She can't quite say birthday yet so she leaves it out.
She has started the terrible two stage for the past couple of weeks. She definitely likes to test us, especially me. She doesn't always listen, tells you no, and thinks she can do whatever she wants and she will try to get what she wants...if she doesn't get it, well you know, she screams and cries like a normal two year old. I'm sure teenage years won't be pretty, but I'm looking forward to watch her grow. She is such a blessing in our lives. We are very grateful to have her as our daughter. We love her very much.

Sounds like a fun birthday! We were at Joyce and Dave's yesterday and they told us about the crisco incident...I am so sorry, that is probably the worse thing to clean up ever! I have had my share of toddler messes that have been awful in my eyes, but I think that Abbie and the Crisco take the cake!! Cloey is right there with Abbie on the fit side though! I really think that it is like having mini teenagers! Lily never threw fits or back talked like Cloey! So basically good luck with your side! And remember to laugh, they have rooms so mom's can have breaks, right?!
i can't believe she is 2 already! and sounds like she a great birthday! i've heard about the terrible 2. i am so looking forward to my son turning 2... hahaha. i can't wait for the pictures!
