Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup


We love this soup. We got the recipe from Mike's mom and we make it all the time. It's really easy and yammy. Try it out!

1 lb spicy sausage cooked
4 medium potatoes cut in half then sliced
1 slice bacon diced
3/4 cup onions diced
1/4 tsp minced garlic
2 cups kale leaves cut in half and sliced
2 tbsp chicken base
1 qt. water
1 cup heavy cream

Place onions and bacon in a large pan cook over medium heat until onions are clear. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken base, water, potatoes, simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked sausage, kale, and heavy cream. Simmer 4 minutes and serve.
